We know it is not easy for client to choose the right Civil and Structural Engineering Consultant for their project especially when they never heard of the firm. Most of the time clients will rely on word-of-mouth of the people they know and trust. This is why we aim to be good at being more reliable in terms of timely delivery, quality of designs and deliverables (documentations such as drawings and reports) and cost-effectiveness of our designs so that many people will have good things to say about us.

We start our technical works immediately after we receive the completed architectural layouts be it in 2D or 3D BIM file. We use the latest Finite Element (FE) softwares namely Tekla TSD, Orion v18, SCIA, InfraVera and Esteem. For further seamless workflow, we use large dual LED desktop monitors and high-end i7 desktop computers. All loading guides are from international and local codes and building by-law.

Critically significant is to interpret the computing results i.e. analysis before finding the optimum design solution. Once we are satisfied with the design capacity checks, then we start draughting layouts and details for tender or for construction.

We can provide our tonnage calculations and detail drawings to the quantity surveyor for verification if the construction and material cost meet the budget. By providing the computing tonnage calculation from our FE software and details drawings together, the work of the QS is made easier, faster and more accurate, which is good for the client.
